Southeastern gives St Pancras station a cheeky makeover for St Patrick's Day

Southeastern Railway said top of the morning to its travellers by cheekily renaming St Pancras International station to St Patrick’s International in honour of the holiday today.

Travellers have joined in the festivities across social media, noting the name change across display boards at stations:

Some of those celebrations have even included indulging in a lurid green drink pre-departure:

Though not everyone has experienced the luck of the Irish during their travels, it’s all been in good fun:

Southeastern passenger services director David Wornham said: “We’re really pleased to have put a smile on our passengers faces this morning, and wish everyone a Happy St Patrick’s Day!”
