A summer party heralded the sale of 100 new homes on the enormous London City Island complex on Saturday. Developer EcoWorld Ballymore offered champagne ice pops, a BBQ and a DJ to entice prospective buyers to look at the studio to four bedroom apartments on the Leamouth Peninsula. There will be 1,700 new homes in total on the 12 acre site, with the London Film School and the English National Ballet joining them in 2018. The developer is also building a 260ft red footbridge across to Canning Town Underground station.


Regency Walk, Westminster

Countrywide has built 20 two and three bedroom apartments, while Thornsett has developed two coach houses within walking distance to Westminster, St James’ Park and Pimlico Underground stations. The City Mills, Hackney
