The release of 222 properties for sale is the latest chapter in Lend Lease’s Elephant Park development, which will build almost 2,500 new homes on 22 acres of land and create a new 2-acre public park. Most of the apartments will overlook the park and all of them have a terrace or balcony. Buyers will also have access to the West Grove Club, a private residents’ club with a gym.

190 Strand, Temple

Three townhouses are set to go on sale on 14 May at 190 Strand opposite St Clement Danes Church. The houses each have their own front doors and are split between two levels. They come with two or three bedrooms, ranging from 1,163sqft to 1,636sqft. Developer St Edward, a subsidiary of Berkeley Group has invested £500m turning a former 1960s office block into luxury homes, claiming its scheme is the largest of its kind in that are for 100 years. Miram House, Hadley Wood
