Three more suspects have been charged in connection with the attacks at Brussels airport and metro station, Belgium authorities have said, as the death toll rose to 35 victims.

Belgium's health minister said on Monday morning a further four people have died in hospital almost a week after the attack.

Prosecutors have named the three new suspects they believe are involved in the attacks, bringing the total charged in the attacks to seven. Yassine A, Mohamed B and Aboubaker O have been charged over involvement with a terrorist group. They were charged after raids in the city on Sunday and a further six of the nine arrested as a result have not been charged.

Three attackers blew themselves up at Zaventem airport and Maalbeek metro station on Tuesday. They are not included in the official death toll. 32 of the 35 victims have been identified.
