Prepare for another burst of apartment hysteria.

Galliard Homes has just released a new tranche of bedrooms at its Canary Wharf scheme, and they're expected to sell like hot cakes (again).

Just six properties are going up for grabs - new one, two and three bedroom apartments - at its Baltimore Tower scheme in Canary Wharf, the first tranche of which sold out before construction even began.

Prices for the luxury properties range from; £600,000 for a studio apartment; £775,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £975,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, £1.7m for a three-bedroom apartment, four-bedroom duplex penthouses for £3.5m.

The 45 storey tower - the tallest residential building completed by Galliard - stretches to 492ft (151M). Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merril, the architects behind the Burj Khalifa, the tower has amenities including health club, swimming pool, gym, basketball court, boxing arena, private cinema, residents' club lounge and concierge service.
