Kilburn High Road closed after “serious” collision
Kilburn High Road has been closed in both directions following a "serious collision" between a cyclist and a lorry.
Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade are all on the scene.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told City AM they were called at 8:58 to reports of a woman struck by a lorry.
An air ambulance has just landed near to the scene and the female cyclist is understood to still be alive.
The incident took place near the junction with Birchington Road during rush hour this morning. The Kilburn High Road A5 has been closed between Belsize Road and Kilburn Park Road.

Buses are being diverted around the area and drivers are being warned of severe delays. Transport for London has advised people to seek an alternative route.
