The law firm has appointed Dale Huxford as of counsel in its corporate practice in London. He joins from BroadTech Global. Huxford was also formerly a member of the emerging companies group at Orrick in London, where he provided legal services to early and growthstage technology companies.


The property company has announced two appointments. Nick Stonley joins as managing director of Strawberry Star Developments from United House Developments, where he was managing director. He has also previously held roles at Berkeley Homes. Antony Crovella joins as director of residential sales and lettings from United House Developments, where he was sales and marketing director.


The venture capital firm has announced the appointment of Michael Stephanblome as venture partner and Lucile Cornet as a senior associate. Stephanblome is a former chief executive and entrepreneur (at Adjug and Typeless), and has also held roles at eBay and Gumtree. Cornet joins from Summit Partners, where she focused on growth equity investments.


Kim Honess has been appointed head of flexible benefits at the professional services company. She joins from Mercer, where she headed up its flexible benefits offering. Honess has previously worked at Towers Watson in pensions administration services, and as head of the UK flexible benefits consulting team.


The asset manager has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Rabel as managing director in its US private debt investment team. He joins from Barclays in New York, where he was a managing director in its financials sponsors group. Rabel has also previously worked in Credit Suisse’s global industrial group, and at EY.


Jacqueline Spencer-Sim has been appointed class underwriter in the (re)insurance company’s cyber unit. She joins from Brit Insurance, where she was deputy underwriter in its cyber, privacy, and technology team. Spencer-Sim has also held positions in the technology and cyber team at Lockton and at Beazley London.
