APAM
The commercial property asset manager has appointed Simon Hardwick as chairman. Hardwick was formerly at PwC Legal, where he lead its real estate practice. He is also an independent non-executive member of the management board at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has over 35 years’ experience.
BARINGS
The investment firm has appointed Simon Jagger as head of UK wholesale distribution. Based in London, he will report to Rod Aldridge, head of EMEA wholesale distribution. Jagger has worked at Schroder Investment Management since 1996, working in London and across Asia.
BDO
The accountancy firm has appointed Kyla Bellingall as partner to head up its not-for-profit practice. She joins from Grant Thornton, where she grew the company’s not-for-profit assurances practice.
DHR INTERNATIONAL
The executive search firm has appointed Karin Warwick-Thompson as managing partner, global insurance practice. She joined the firm this July, when it acquired CTPartners. She has held the position of managing partner of Whitney Group and several senior roles in the insurance industry.
ARCHANT DIALOGUE
The content marketing agency has made two senior appointments. Jon Lilley, who joins from The Daily Mail, has been appointed creative director, and Alan Dykes of Ubisoft joins as head of digital marketing.
ZOLTAV
Alexander Gorodetsky and Andrey Immel have joined the AIM-listed oils and gas exploration and production company as non-executive directors. The former is the ex-president of TNK-BP Ukraine, and has also worked for Alfa-Eco and East One Group.
THE FOUNDATION
Ben Hayman has joined the consultancy as a director. Formerly head of innovation at CSpace (owned by Omnicom), his 15-year career spans EE, Which? and Etihad Airways. He started his career at FutureBrand, working in the UK and US.
REDCENTRIC
The UK IT managed services provider has appointed Fraser Fisher as chief operating officer, succeeding Tony Weaver. Fisher is currently chief operating officer and will take over in November.
