Jonathan Channing will join the real estate firm as director. Channing has over 15 years of experience in property management, and will lead the firm’s block management service as part of the prime estates division. He joins from Farrar Property Management.


The global investment bank has appointed Terry Huffine as managing director in its global consumer investment banking group. With extensive transaction experience, he was most recently managing director and head of consumer at DC Advisory. Prior to that, he was senior banker at ABN AMRO/RBS.


The online lending platform has appointed Matthew Tooth as the company’s first head of distribution. Tooth joins from IG, where he held several senior management roles, including interim chief financial officer.


Neil Whittaker is joining the financial services consultancy firm as a partner. His background is in the military and he has held senior positions in several bluechip firms.


Nick Adlam has joined the executive search firm as a partner. He was formerly an executive at Element Six (part of Anglo American), and a manager at Bain & Company.


The underwriting firm has appointed Jeremy Adams to its board. Adams has over 35 years’ experience in the industry, with a career that spans firms like Willis Faber & Dumas, Minet/Aeon Group, Archer Managing Agents and Novae. He was also a founding director of Special Risk Services.


Marion Leslie has been appointed chair of the group. Leslie is managing director of pricing & reference and enterprise risk at Thomson Reuters. She is also an executive director at the UK Hydrographic Office and winner of the Award for Achievement at the 2014 Women in Banking and Finance Awards.


The law firm has appointed Paul Ellaby from Ward Hadaway as a corporate partner. He will be based in Manchester.
