Tonight some of London’s finest state rooms and offices will be open to the public – but those generous types doing the Maggie’s Culture Crawl may be a bit flushed in the face by the time they arrive at the Foreign Office in Westminster.

After a 15-mile walk for charity, weaving through London’s historic buildings, tourist traps and political hubs, they could be forgiven.

Those wanting to join City A.M. in beating the weekend crowds of Open House London, to gain exclusive access to the capital’s secret sites should join the fun.

It is all to fund the cancer charity’s support centre to be built at St Bart’s Hospital. Readers can register at maggiescentres.org/culturecrawl.
