Brooks Macdonald Group

Ghislaine Perry has been appointed head of group marketing at the wealth management group. She joins from Brewin Dolphin, where she was divisional director of marketing. Perry has also held roles at Insight Investment, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Axa IM.


The equity crowdfunding platform has announced three appointments. Jamie Beare joins as investment director from Ironbridge Capital Partners, where he was a partner. Beare has also held roles at Brandon Hill Capital and Dawnay Day. Darren Rebeiro joins as head of digital from Smart Street Social, where he was client services director. Roberta Main-Millar joins as communications manager from Octopus Group.

Momentum Global Investment Management

The investment firm has appointed Andy Davies as head of UK retail sales. He joins from Sanlam UK, where he was head of business development. Davies has nearly 30 years’ experience, and has also held roles at Skandia.

Bryan Cave

The law firm has announced two appointments to its financial services group in its London office. Alycia Riccobono is a US-qualified lawyer and joins as counsel. Lukasz Napieraj joins as an associate from the international capital markets team at Allen & Overy.

Hark Group

Adam Draper has been appointed senior asset manager at the co-investment asset management firm, focused on town and city centre mixed use projects. He joins from JLL, where he specialised in retail leasing and tenant representation across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.


The information protection firm has appointed Keith Bird as vice president and managing director for northern Europe, with responsibility for UK, Ireland and the Nordic region. He joins from Check Point, and has over 30 years’ experience in management, business development and sales.

William Grant & Sons

The distiller has appointed Philip Gladman as chief marketing officer. He joins from Flintlock, a consulting business he established in 2014. Gladman has also worked as director, marketing and innovation for Africa at Diageo.
