Lloyds Bank

Kash Ahmad has been appointed managing director for mid markets in Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking’s global transaction banking division. He previously worked at Barclays Bank for 21 years years, latterly as managing director of inward business for its global corporates division.

Mayer Brown

The law firm has announced the appointment of David Harrison as partner in its London office, where he will co-lead its European antitrust and competition team. He joins from Berwin Leighton Paisner, where he has been a partner and head of its EU and competition team since 2005. Harrison has also worked as a partner at Allen & Overy, spending 10 years in Brussels .

Cushman & Wakefield

The property advisory firm has appointed Craig Millward as partner and head of hospitality transactions within its UK valuation and advisory group. He joins from CBRE, where he was director in its hotel brokerage team. Millward has also held positions at Christie & Co.


Stephen O’Hearn has been appointed global insurance leader at the professional services firm. He is based in Zurich, where he currently leads PwC’s insurance practice across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, O’Hearn has also led its insurance practice in New York.

Watson Farley & Williams

Ranjeev Kumar has been appointed partner in the Watson Farley & Williams’ real estate practice in London. He advises clients on all types of domestic and cross-border real estate transactions.


The law firm has announced the promotion of two associates to its partnership. Chris Fairhurst is a family law specialist and has over 20 years’ experience. Carl Johnson is a regulatory and professional discipline expert, and a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.

Air Partner

The aviation charter services provider has appointed Justin Scarborough as director of corporate development and investor relations. He has over 25 years’ financial markets and business analyst experience.
