The brokerage has appointed Marco Baggioli as chief operating officer. He was previously global head of FX prime brokerage at BNP Paribas. Baggioli has over 23 years’ experience in the sector, and has also held roles at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and MonteTitoli.
The law firm has appointed Patrick Gloyens as a partner in its London real estate team. He joins from Lend Lease, where he was general counsel, responsible for all legal affairs throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Gloyens has also previously worked as a partner in Dechert’s commercial real estate group.
The property consultancy has announced the appointment of John Spice as corporate director. He was previously an equity partner at Bidwells, and has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate property. Spice founded Spice Property Consultants in 2010, which offered agency and consultancy services to corporates, investors and developers.
The law firm has appointed Digby Hebbard as a construction partner. He joins from Trowers & Hamlins. Hebbard is a contentious construction specialist, who focuses on domestic building, engineering and infrastructure projects.
The specialist insurer has appointed Will Roscoe to head its broker relations activity in the London and European markets. He joined Beazley’s London-based open market property team as an underwriter in 2011, before moving to his most recent role leading the excess and surplus lines property and high value homeowners teams in the South East region of the US. Roscoe has also held roles at Willis.
Robert Clarke has been appointed senior partner at the property and planning consultancy. He joined Rapleys in 1996, was elected to its partnership in 2000, and will continue to act as head of its town planning team.

The professional services firm has appointed George Mantzavinatos to its Athens office as senior director to develop its real estate advisory services. He was previously managing director of Doha Properties.
