Lambert Smith Hampton
The commercial property consultancy has promoted Sean Brew to lead its London team, following its acquisition of ES Group last month. He joined in 2011 from DTZ to head Lambert Smith Hampton’s national property and asset management team.
M&G Real Estate
Kerry Williams has been appointed retail investment director at M&G’s real estate fund management arm. He has over 21 years’ experience in asset and investment management, and joins from Colliers International, where he most recently specialised in the food store and retail warehouse investment sector.
Winckworth Sherwood
The law firm has announced several appointments. Brian Greenwood joins its transport and infrastructure group as partner from Osborne Clark, where he was national head of planning. Robert Banham also joins the group as a partner. He was previously a partner at Winckworth Sherwood between 2003 and 2013, before taking on a consultancy position. In addition, senior associate Eollyn Ives is promoted to partner in the firm’s real estate group.
Tilney Bestinvest
The investment and financial planning group has appointed Martin King as managing director, investment management. He joins from Signia Wealth, where he spent the past three years as managing director and head of regions, establishing the firm’s Birmingham office. King has also held senior roles at UBS Wealth Management, Kleinwort Benson Private Bank and Singer & Friedlander.
Royal London
The mutual life, pensions and investment company has announced two appointments to its Independent Governance Committee. David Gulland is currently chief executive of Marine & General Mutual and was previously UK managing director of Reinsurance Group of America. Peter Dorward is managing director of IC Select, and was chief executive of SWIP’s Saudi Arabian joint venture.
Dentons
Lee Federman has been appointed partner in the law firm’s banking and finance practice. He joins from Linklaters, where he was a managing associate in its banking team. Federman specialises in cross-border syndicated financing transactions.
