The fund management firm has appointed Richard Wazacz as business line manager for venture capital trusts. He was formerly corporate development director for UK and Europe at Prudential. Wazacz has also held senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group.
BLP
The law firm has appointed Daniyal Ansari as partner in its real estate finance group. He joins from Eversheds, where he was a partner, and has particular experience in investment, development and complex structured debt matters.
Bovis Homes
The housebuilder has appointed Earl Sibley as group finance director. He joins from Barratt Developments, where he was regional finance director. Sibley previously worked for Bovis Homes between 2006 and 2008 as group financial controller.
Menzies
Heather Garrett has been appointed HR director at the accountancy and business advisory firm. She joins from Legal & General, where she was HR director. Garrett has also held positions at Accenture, Nokia and Sun Microsystems.
Bidwells
The property firm has appointed Ralph Peters as partner and head of estate management. He joins from Strutt & Parker, where he held senior positions in its land management team.
Evenlode
The fund management company has announced the appointment of Chris Elliott as an analyst, working on the Evenlode Income Fund. He joins from Oxford University Press, where he was a software engineer.
Baker Tilly
Fiona Bell has been appointed tax partner in the accountancy and business advisory firm’s London employer solutions group. She has over 25 years’ experience.
Landbay
The buy-to-let focused peer-to-peer mortgage lender has appointed Robert Burgess as a non-executive director. He has previously held positions at Alliance Trust, Lloyds TSB, Scottish Widows and Thomas Cook.
