BNP Paribas Real Estate

James Max has been appointed UK board adviser to the property advisory firm. He joined in January 2014 as a senior advisory director. Max is a media personality and has also held roles at DTZ, Morgan Stanley, and Doughty Hanson.

Addleshaw Goddard

The law firm has announced the appointment of Katie Ridehalgh as a partner in its national real estate finance team. She joins from Pinsent Masons, where she was a senior associate specialising in acting for domestic and international lenders, and institutional investors, on development and investment finance transactions in real estate.


The electronic invoicing and cash flow management firm has appointed Frank McKay as senior adviser. He was previously chief executive at Travis Perkins, and has also held senior positions at Brakes Group and Telent.

Cardif Pinnacle

Alan Sanderson has been appointed chief commercial officer at the UK insurance division of BNP Paribas Cardif. He joins from A J Gallagher, where he was managing director of GIS-Partnerships. Sanderson has over 10 years’ experience in the UK insurance market, and has also held senior roles at Aviva.

Knight Frank

James Burgess has been appointed senior valuer in the property consultancy’s European valuations team. He joins from CBRE, where he worked in its valuations and advisory team in the Budapest office.

Candriam Investors Group

Caroline Chartier has been appointed head of corporate communications at the European multi-asset manager. She has over 15 years’ experience in financial and corporate communications, and most recently founded Ermis Financial Communications, a boutique agency. Chartier has also held roles at Brunswick and Credit Suisse Asset Management.


The specialist recruitment company has announced the appointment of Angela Webb as its global talent director. She joined PageGroup in 1990, and has held a series of senior roles at Michael Page Finance, including operations director of its Thames Valley business.
