Andrea Delay has been appointed head of professional services at the bank. She has held several senior positions at Barclays, including head of industry for the facilities management sector. Delay has also held corporate banking roles at Wachovia Bank and Commerzbank.

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management

Munish Varma has been appointed head of structured solutions in the investment firm’s loans & deposits group. Based in London, Varma was most recently global head of structured credit at Nomura. He has also held roles in Deutsche Bank’s global markets division.


The professional services firm has announced three director appointments to its people powered performance practice. Simon Morris joins from Thomsons Online Benefits. Ingrid Waterfield is promoted to director, having been with KPMG for 15 years in both client facing roles and as part of its HR leadership team. Jonathan Green is also promoted to director, having been with KPMG for 10 years.

Pinsent Masons

The law firm has made four appointments to its nationally significant infrastructure team. Jan Bessell joins as strategic planning adviser. She was formerly lead examining inspector at the Planning Inspectorate. Richard Turnbull joins as senior associate from CMS. Tom Edwards joins as an associate from DLA Piper. Finally, Emma O’Gorman joins as an associate from Squire Paton Boggs.

Tullett Prebon

Carrie Heiss has been appointed global head of human resources at the interdealer broker. She joins from Newedge, where she was senior managing director, global head of human resources.

BNP Paribas Real Estate

Rob Hargreaves has been appointed director in the property adviser’s central London retail team. He was most recently at Savills, where he was a director in its central London retail team. Hargreaves has also held roles at Blair Kirkman and CWM.

Investec Wealth & Investment

The investment firm has announced the appointment of Dan Hall as senior investment director in its London office. He joins from Julius Baer, where he was executive director. Hall has also previously held roles in the wealth division at Merrill Lynch, which was sold to Julius Baer last year.
