The law firm has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Bradley as head of corporate tax. She trained at Berwin Leighton Paisner and was made a partner in 2008. Bradley advises on all areas of corporate taxation, with a particular specialism in real estate tax.
The professional services firm has announced the appointment of two new partners to its operational transaction services team. Faizul Ali joins from Deloitte, where he was a partner focused on the technology, media and telecommunications sector. Fredrik Bürger also joins from Deloitte, where he was a partner in its post-merger integration team. Bürger has also served as chief executive of Human Care, a Stockholm-listed medical equipment business.
The mid market M&A and debt advisory firm has announced four appointments in its London office. Sarah-Rose Perry joins as an associate director in its industrial and media and technology teams. Anand Parekh, Barry Sheehan and Nick Field all join as associates.
The investment research and advisory firm has announced that Clémence Dachicourt and Marina Jelesova have joined the Morningstar Investment Management group. Dachicourt joins as senior investment consultant and portfolio manager from La Francaise AM. Jelesova joins as investment consultant and portfolio manager from Redington.
The information management firm has announced two appointments. Gordon Nelson joins as UK chief operations officer from Atos International. He has also held roles at RM Education. Mark Williams joins as head of EDM’s professional services business function from Morgan Cole, the law firm. He has also held roles at Legal & General.
Caroline Thomson has been appointed non-executive director to the Shareholder Executive, the body responsible for managing the government’s relationships with businesses it owns or part-owns. She is a former chief operating officer at the BBC, and is currently chair of Digital UK.
