The professional services firm has appointed Tim Reay as a director of its pensions team. Reay has 30 years of experience, and joins from Aeon Hewitt. He is also the treasurer and former chairman of the International Employee Benefits Association.

Former Capita boss Paul Pindar, and Nick Discombe, former chief executive of several large tech businesses including Witness Systems, have been appointed director and chairman respectively of The company is an estate agent that combines local property experts with an online platform.

Deloitte Real Estate

Katie Treadwell has joined the City leasing team of the professional services firm’s real estate business. Treadwell will be associate partner, and joins from Kinney Green.


Kevin Lomax has been appointed chairman by the private investor network. Lomax, the tech entrepreneur who founded and led software group Misys, will be joined by Penny Avis and Julian Box, who have been appointed non-executive board members. Avis was previously a finance partner a Deloitte, and Box is founder and chief executive of Calligo, a data security solutions firm.

Duchy of Lancaster

Mark Hudson has been appointed chairman of the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster. Hudson, a dairy farmer, joined the Duchy council in 2006. He is currently chairman of NWF Group, and former president of the Country Land and Business Association. He was also chairman of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust.

Thomas Miller Investment

Scott Baikie has been appointed senior portfolio manager by the investment business of the Thomas Miller Group. Scott joins from Adam & Company Investment Management, where he was associate director. He began his career at Lindsay Solicitors.


The business technology consultancy has appointed Augusto Negrillo and Kenny McLean to its sales division. Negrillo joins as client director from IT business solutions firm ASG. He has also held senior roles at Capiotech and Casewise. McLean joins as new client director. He has held senior roles at KPMG, Arum, RBS and IBM.
