Page Group

Jonathan Wiles has been appointed managing director of Page Executive by the recruitment specialist. Wiles, who joined the firm in 1992, will be transferring from the role of managing director of Michael Page Human Resources.

Cantor Fitzgerald Europe

Jonathan Richards has been appointed equity research analyst in the financial services firm’s Financial Institutions team. Richards joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and has previously worked at UBS and Lehman Brothers.

Palamon

Alexandre Rahmatollahi and Christian Beck are joining the private equity firm. Rahmatollahi will take the role of associate partner, with Beck joining as a member of the firm’s board of advisors. Rahmatollahi joins from Morgan Stanley. He has previously held roles at McKinsey & Company, as well as co-founding OP Capital Partners. Beck was previously chief executive of Banqsoft ASA, Sakhalin Petroleum and Small Shops Gruppen, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company.

Axa Investment Managers

Christof Kutscher, Barbara Fallon-Walsh and Peter Clarke have all joined the asset management firm’s board of directors. Kutscher joins as chairman; Fallon-Walsh and Clarke as non-executive directors. Prior to joining Axa, Kutscher held leadership roles at UBS Global Asset Management. Fallon-Walsh has held a number of senior roles with The Vanguard Group, and Clarke with Man Group.

Hydrodec

Dame Mary Archer has been appointed to the cleantech industrial oil re-refining group’s board as non-executive director. Archer’s career spans academia, leadership roles in the NHS and presidential positions with the National Energy Foundation and the UK Solar Energy Society.

Colt

Hugo Eales has been appointed chief financial officer at the information delivery platform. Eales has held senior positions with BT Global Services and CSC Computer Sciences.
