Boris Bronfentrinker has been appointed partner in the law firm’s London office. He joins from claimant competition litigation firm Hausfeld & Co, where he was a partner. Bronfentrinker has also previously worked in Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer’s competition practice.

The European commercial real estate lending specialist has appointed Chris Tessler as director of origination for Greater London and UK regional. He joins from BLG, where he was responsible for the origination of mezzanine residential development finance loans. Tessler has also previously worked at Investec Bank.
Sue Elliott has been appointed head of product for UK employee benefits at the retirement and insurance firm. She joins from Just Retirement, where she was head of care solutions.

The law firm has announced the appointment of Robin Baillie as partner in its global projects group and real estate practice, based in its London office. He joins from Nabarro, where he was a partner, together with members of his former team, associates Stefanie Atchinson and Anna Le Jehan.
The accountancy and business advisory firm has announced the appointment of Steffan Adfeldt as a tax director in its financial services group. He joins from Barclays, where he oversaw all tax aspects of Treasury matters at group level. Adfeldt has also previously worked as a tax lawyer at Allen & Overy and Baker & McKenzie.
