The law firm has announced two appointments to its London office. Charlie Geffen (pictured) joins as a partner and chair of its London corporate practice from Ashurst, where he was senior partner. Mark Sperotto also joins as a partner from Ashurst.

Phil Dunne has been appointed partner to lead the professional services firm’s commercial advisory services team. He joins after 19 years at AT Kearney, where he was UK managing partner and responsible for a range of transaction-related work.

The boutique asset management firm has announced two appointments to its cross asset solutions team. Guilhem Savry joins as an investment manager from Lombard Odier Investment Managers, where he was senior portfolio manager. He has also held roles at CDC Ixis and Natixis. Olivier Blin joins as an investment manager. He has also worked at Lombard Odier Investment Managers, and began his career at the French Reserve Fund.

The fiduciary manager has appointed Nick Clapp as client director in its clients team in London. He joins from Hymans Robertson, where he was senior consultant advising clients on governance and investment issues. Clapp has also held roles at Punter Southall Transaction Services, Aon Consulting and Gissings.

Salamanca Group
Paul Douglas has been appointed managing director of the merchant banking and operation risk business’s trust and fiduciary division in Jersey. He was previously a managing director at Salamanca Group in Switzerland.

Record Currency Management
The currency manager has appointed Carl Beckley as a director in its client team. He joins from FTSE Group, where he was managing director in the asset owner group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Beckley previously worked in Record Currency Management’s client team between 2006 and 2011.

Knight Frank
Kenneth Brewster has been appointed to the property consultancy’s capital markets team based in Edinburgh. He joins from Eric Young & Co, where he has worked for the past three years, specialising in business space and investment, and latterly retail agency.
